Precautions for use of eyebolts
- When selecting the lifting ring, the working environment of the ring must be understood first, and the thread specification and length, material grade, working load and other parameters must conform to the user's requirements.
- Before use, please carefully check whether the lifting ring is damaged or deformed or has cracks, shrinkage cavities, etc. If this is found, please replace it immediately.
- Ensure that all the threads of the lifting ring are screwed in so that the base of the lifting ring is closely fitted with the screwed-in surface. It should be noted that tools should not be used to tighten it as much as possible to prevent the rings from breaking due to excessive torque.
- The single lifting ring shall be lifted vertically as far as possible. When lifting with double or multiple lifting rings, the lifting rings shall be at the same level. The included angle of the lifting cable shall not exceed 90 °.
- Please do not overload the use, and do not keep the lifting ring under full load for a long time.
- Regularly check and replace the rings immediately if they are damaged or deformed.
